This solo show titled 'Something that always works', was a site specific installation that brought together video works, collage and performance based around ideas of mass consumption of images. It explores how the personal images can be encapsulated in the general and the public, as technology erodes a sense of place and time. The repetition of the generic becomes a means of escape. As the view out to the beautiful neo-gothic building that the surrounded the space is masked by chalk annd all indicators location are lost. You enter a non space. One could be anywhere.
